On September 15th, 2024, I purchased a water path bracelet from the Zen Pırlanta store in Adıyaman. Since the day I bought it, the bracelet's stone has fallen out three separate times. Each time I sent the product in for repair, it was returned to me with the stone simply reset — the product was never acknowledged as defective. In my conversations with the store and with Zen Pırlanta, I was told that a refund was not possible and that only repairs could be offered. I was even informed that if I wanted to exchange the bracelet for a new one, I would need to pay an additional $1,090 on top of what I had already spent. I find this stance to be both unfair and completely contrary to basic consumer rights. My product code is 1001865088 and my repair number is 5000****54. I have been unable to access my invoice by email, and despite repeatedly requesting it from the store where I made the purchase, I keep being put off with excuses like "the system changed, we're trying to reach it." Even though I have sent the product in for repair three times for the same issue in a short period, no permanent solution has been offered. I am no longer requesting a repair for this bracelet — whose stone keeps falling out and which has given me no confidence whatsoever. I am formally requesting a full refund under defective goods regulations. Money doesn't grow on trees, and I am asking that my grievance be addressed and that the conduct of the Adıyaman branch in particular be properly investigated. Based on everything I have experienced, I strongly believe that everyone should steer clear of Zen Pırlanta's water path bracelets.
