Zen Diamond Ring Tarnished Quickly and Refund Request Denied

I purchased a silver diamond ring from Zen Pırlanta’s Özdilekpark store on November 28, 2025. In a very short time, the ring deteriorated badly. Although it was sold to me as silver, it quickly began to lose its color and became covered with black spots all over. The discoloration became noticeable around January 2026, and by mid-February I informed the store. They sent the ring in for maintenance, but it was returned with another defect. It was sent again, came back again, and within just 25 days it was in even worse condition than before.
During this process, photographs of the ring were requested, and we sent them to the technical department. I was then told that because the ring is silver, this kind of discoloration is “normal.” I absolutely do not accept that explanation, because a genuine silver ring should not deteriorate like this in such a short period of time. Later, the ring was sent to the main center for examination, and I was contacted by customer service. The representative told me, in effect, that the ring was in their hand and they could not see the defects shown in my photos, suggesting that perhaps the issue only appeared because of my camera. That attitude made me feel as though my judgment and even my eyesight were being questioned. The flaws are clearly visible, yet your staff insisted there was no real problem.
Despite everything, I was told that a new ring could be made, but because it is silver, there would be no refund. I was also told that there are no refunds for diamond products. However, your company mainly sells jewelry made from these materials, and I find it unacceptable that a refund is being denied for a product that is clearly defective. When I asked which specific article of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 you were relying on to refuse a refund for a defective item, I was not given any clear answer. It is obvious that if the same ring is produced again, the same defect may happen again, and I will once more be left without a real solution under the excuse that it was already replaced once “for customer satisfaction.”
The photos I have clearly show the condition of the ring after it was supposedly cleaned and maintained, and how the same damage reappeared within only 25 days. I consider this ring to be inherently defective, and I do not accept the explanation that “there is no defect, it only looks that way on camera.” I request that my complaint be urgently reconsidered and that my silver diamond ring purchased from the Özdilekpark store be fully refunded instead of being reproduced once again.
