Zen Diamond Has Not Delivered the Ring I Paid for In 3 Months
In June, my husband bought a diamond ring from Zen Diamond’s Cevahir Mall branch to be worn at our engagement. Despite telling them my ring size was 9, they gave him a size 11 ring and told him that it could easily be exchanged at their Tekirdağ Çorlu branch. As a result, not only could we not use the ring at our engagement, but we also found out that exchanging it wasn’t as easy as they claimed. We went to Zen's Orion Mall branch in Çorlu, where they first told us the exchange would take 7 business days, but that it would be faster if we returned it to Cevahir. Instead of traveling back to Cevahir from Tekirdağ, we decided to leave the ring at the Orion Mall branch again, only to be told this time that it would take 15 days. On the 17th day, when we called to follow up, they responded with a completely indifferent attitude, saying, "We're not responsible, we're just the senders, call the Cevahir Mall branch." We called them and spoke with Mr. Ö*** , who sold us the ring, as well as other salespeople at the store. When we spoke to Mr. Ö***, we were 3 days away from our wedding. I explained to him that we were having all this trouble because he sold us an oversized ring, and despite calling themselves a corporate brand, even the corner grocery store is more professional than them. Instead of taking responsibility, their branches keep pushing us off, and even though they promised a 15-day delivery, that deadline was missed. On top of all that, we found out that even on the 17th day, the order for the new ring hadn’t even been placed yet. In the end, I proposed borrowing a temporary ring to wear at my wedding, and only then did they offer a solution. Now, 17 days have passed since our wedding, meaning it’s been 3 months in total, and I still haven’t received the ring I paid for at Zen. You're holding onto both my money and my product. I will get the ring from you, but you will also face legal action because that’s what you deserve. You ruined all my special days and now refuse to deliver the ring I paid for? Anyone who shops at Zen has no sense. Please, be aware of this company. They are a disgrace.

I would like to thank Customer Representative Ms. Kübra for her interest and support, who contacted me regarding my complaint and ensured that the ring we purchased on June 21st was delivered to me by the end of September. However, I can never recommend the brand and its sales branches, especially the Zen branch at Cevahir Mall, and I aim not to use another Zen product to avoid encountering such stress again. Thanks again to Ms. Kübra, and I hope she has been able to identify the failing aspects of the brand and take the necessary actions.
