Pandora Refuses Ring Resizing, Citing "Worn" Item
25

My husband bought the product as an anniversary gift, and at the time of purchase, they were told it could be exchanged or resized if it didn’t fit. I went back in less than a week to request a size reduction, but they refused to help in any way. Absolutely zero customer satisfaction! I had only worn the ring for two days. They wouldn’t take it back just because it was on my finger. I only wanted a size adjustment. On top of that, the woman there acted like I had never shopped at a jeweler before and claimed that even jewelers don’t do resizing—who is she trying to fool? Almost every store offers resizing services. There is definitely no sense of customer satisfaction, and my spouse deeply regrets buying it. It’s quite disappointing that a brand like Pandora would act this way—it leaves a very poor impression of their values.

Zen Diamond Has Not Delivered the Ring I Paid for In 3 Months

"I would like to thank Customer Representative Ms. Kübra for her interest and support, who contacted me regarding my complaint and ensured that the ring we purchased on June 21st was delivered to me by the end of September. However, I can never recommend the brand and its sales branches, especially the Zen branch at Cevahir Mall, and I aim not to use another Zen product to avoid encountering such stress again. Thanks again to Ms. Kübra, and I hope she has been able to identify the failing aspects of the brand and take the necessary actions."
