Swarovski Refused to Exchange My Eternity Ring
On May 17, 2025, I purchased an eternity ring from the Swarovski store at Zorlu Center. Since the ring was too loose on my finger, I returned to the store on May 21, 2025, to exchange it for a smaller size. However, the red-haired employee at the store was reluctant even to let me try on the product, and as a result, I had to leave with the original ring without being able to try on a smaller size. Her unprofessional attitude—such as chewing gum and rolling her eyes—also contributed to an unpleasant shopping experience, and I left the store with the item without being properly informed. When I returned to the store again today to request an exchange, I was informed that, in addition to the warranty certificate, the white barcoded box that came with the ring was also required. As I had never been informed of this requirement before, I had already discarded the box. Consequently, I was told—again in an impolite manner—that the ring could not be exchanged. Due to the lack of proper information provided by the store staff, I have been left at a disadvantage and unable to exchange the product.
