Zara Sold Me Pants with a Faulty Label then Refused to Accept My Return

I purchased a shirt, a vest, and two pairs of the same model and size pants, one in beige and one in black, from the Zara store in Istanbul Cevahir Mall. Since the black pants were not available on the stand, they were brought from the stockroom. I tried on the beige ones, so I bought the black ones without trying them on. However, when I got home, the black pants didn’t fit. I couldn't understand why, despite being the same product and size, one pair fit and the other didn’t. I decided to return the shirt and the black pants. When I went to the store with my receipt, they scanned the pants' barcode and told me they didn't have such a product in their system. The staff member came and said the label on the pants had been sewn on afterward. I explained that I hadn't done anything to the product, I had only tried it on once, and since it didn’t fit, I returned it. They made me wait for about an hour, saying they were resolving the issue. In the end, they said there was no problem with the label but claimed the pants had stretched, so they wouldn’t accept the return. There was no explanation as to why the barcode didn’t show up in the store's system. They sold me a product with a Zara label, and then they said I had worn it and refused to accept the return. On top of that, I had to wait for an hour. I got so frustrated that I left the pants there and walked out. It’s clear that the product wasn’t even from Zara, as they said it wasn’t theirs, and then they made up other excuses. I am filing a complaint about the injustice I experienced. As a customer, I had to bear the consequences of their mistake. On top of everything, I was made to wait for an hour. This is the first time I've encountered such unfair treatment. Even if a product has been used, they are obligated to replace it within 30 days if it is defective, yet they claimed the product wasn’t from Zara and accused me of wearing it despite my explanations. I request that appropriate action be taken.
