Zara's Online Order Fiasco, Shocking Color Mismatch



I recently ordered a kids' t-shirt from Zara's website. It was described as "off-white," but when it came, it was a weird yellowish beige color. The product pictures on the site were all the same beige color, which made me wonder if there was a mistake with the pictures. When I called customer service, they told me that my order matched the product code, but they didn't give me any other help. To make matters worse, when I asked what the color code for white was, they cut off the live chat session. It's out of the question! I want a replacement in the color I wanted in the first place or a quick refund. Zara, you need to step up your game and own up to this mistake. As a loyal customer, when I shop online, I expect better service and accuracy.
