Flynas Cabin Crew Ignored Passenger Complaints During My Flight

I would like to report the disappointing experience I had on my Flynas flight on January 25, 2025, departing at 9:35 PM.

When we first boarded the aircraft, we discovered that other passengers were already seated in the seats assigned to us. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, members of the cabin crew attempted to convince us that seat 26 was actually seat 27, despite the clear seat numbering. This approach felt dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

Only after we insisted that the seating assignments be checked properly were the passengers occupying our seats asked to move, allowing us to sit in the seats we had been assigned. However, the attitude displayed by the cabin crew throughout this process was far from professional and created unnecessary frustration at the very beginning of the flight.

The problems continued during the flight. Despite it being a late-night journey, several passengers were playing loud music and watching shows without headphones, causing significant disturbance to those around them. Hoping to resolve the issue, we reported the situation to a flight attendant.

Unfortunately, the crew member we spoke to appeared unable to properly understand either Turkish or English and did not take our complaint seriously. Rather than addressing the disruptive behavior, she appeared more interested in laughing and socializing with the passengers causing the disturbance. Even though we clearly explained the problem, no action was taken, and the noise continued throughout the flight.

As a result, what should have been a routine journey became an extremely unpleasant experience. The combination of the seating confusion, the dismissive attitude of the cabin crew, and the complete lack of response to legitimate passenger complaints left me with a very negative impression of Flynas.

This was my first experience flying with Flynas, and unfortunately it will also be my last unless significant improvements are made.

I respectfully request that Flynas conduct a thorough review of the staff involved in this flight, investigate the handling of both the seating issue and the passenger disturbance complaint, and evaluate whether the conduct of the cabin crew met the airline's customer service standards.

I also ask that appropriate training and corrective measures be implemented to ensure that future passengers do not experience similar treatment and that onboard complaints are handled professionally and effectively.
