Flynas Has Not Responded to My Damaged Baggage Case

On December 12, 2025, I traveled on Flynas flight XY555 from Jeddah to Istanbul. After arriving at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport and collecting my baggage, I discovered that my suitcase had been damaged and was broken.

Immediately after noticing the damage, I reported the issue to the Çelebi Aviation representatives at the airport. My claim was officially registered under reference number SAWXY16028/26DEC25/111GMT.

Following the incident, I remained in contact with the Çelebi Airlines Lost Property Unit through both telephone and WhatsApp. I provided all documents and information requested from me in a timely manner and fully cooperated throughout the claims process.

Despite submitting all required documentation and repeatedly following up on the matter, I have not received a satisfactory response, a final decision, or any meaningful resolution regarding my damaged baggage. A significant amount of time has passed, yet the issue remains unresolved.

As a passenger, I entrusted my luggage to the airline and ground handling services in good condition. Receiving my suitcase in a damaged state and then facing prolonged delays without a clear outcome has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.

I respectfully request either reimbursement for the value of my damaged suitcase or the provision of a replacement suitcase of equivalent size and quality.

In addition, I ask that this matter be resolved without any further delay and that I receive written confirmation regarding the outcome of my claim and the actions being taken to address the damage.

I look forward to a prompt and fair resolution in accordance with passenger baggage rights and airline liability obligations.
