Flynas Customer Service Stopped Responding Before Answering My Question
I am writing to express my disappointment with the accessibility and responsiveness of Flynas customer service.
Today, before purchasing a ticket, I wanted to obtain clear and accurate fare information from Flynas. However, despite multiple attempts, I was unable to establish any effective communication through the customer service channels provided.
I repeatedly called the customer service phone line, but my calls were never successfully connected to a representative. After several attempts, I was still unable to speak with anyone who could answer my questions regarding ticket pricing.
I then tried contacting Flynas through the WhatsApp support channel. After exchanging several messages, the conversation was suddenly interrupted when the representative stopped responding and appeared to leave the chat entirely. Despite sending additional messages and attempting to continue the conversation, I received no further response.
As a potential customer, I find it frustrating that I cannot obtain basic information about ticket prices before making a purchase. Clear communication and accessible customer support are essential, especially when customers are trying to make travel decisions and compare available options.
I respectfully request that Flynas contact me as soon as possible and provide the fare information I originally requested. I also ask that the company review and improve the accessibility of both its customer service phone line and WhatsApp support channel so that customers can receive timely and reliable assistance.
I look forward to receiving a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.
