Zara Communication Issues and Wrong Items Delivered

Zara hasn't communicated well with me in the past, which has made me very unhappy with my purchases there. When I buy something that is in stock, it is very annoying that I sometimes get a different color than I wanted. We haven't been able to find anyone who can help us, so we have to deal with the mistakes that other people have made on our own. Why should I have to go through the trouble of returning the item when my time is just as valuable as anyone else's? Why is Zara sending me a different product than what they have in stock at their own store? I want this to be taken care of as soon as possible, and I also want Zara employees to fix their mistakes.
