Zara Sent Wrong Item and Refuses to Correct Order Despite Product Being in Stock
I placed an order on September 9th with order number 53800986450, and today I finally received it, only to find that Zara sent the completely wrong product. I immediately contacted Zara to request that they send the correct item and that I return the incorrect one. However, I was told that the product I originally ordered is out of stock, even though it still shows as available online and in multiple stores. The item has also increased in price since I ordered it. When I asked why I had to reorder at the higher price, I received no real explanation—just apologies and no resolution. Zara didn’t even offer to let me exchange it in-store. I am deeply frustrated with the lack of customer service and transparency. This is a clear case of misleading customers and poor service. I expect Zara to resolve this immediately!
