On January 3, 2026, I purchased airline tickets through Kiwi.com under reservation number 718971880 for two adult passengers traveling on a March 17, 2026, flight from Madinah to Istanbul. The total amount paid for the booking was ₺9,241.93.

The payment was successfully processed, my invoice was issued, and the booking appeared to be confirmed. Based on this confirmation, I considered my travel arrangements finalized.

However, a few days later, I received an email stating that my ticket had not been approved and had been canceled. The message further explained that the flight had been canceled by Flynas.

Although the cancellation was clearly initiated by the airline and was completely outside of my control, I have not received any refund for the amount I paid. As of today, the full payment of ₺9,241.93 remains outstanding.

This situation has left me in an unacceptable position. I no longer have valid tickets for my planned trip, yet the money I paid in full has not been returned. Since the cancellation was not caused by any action on my part and was instead the result of the airline's decision, I should not be left without either transportation or reimbursement.

I respectfully request that Kiwi.com either:

Issue a full refund of ₺9,241.93 to my original payment method as soon as possible, or
Reissue and guarantee equivalent tickets for the March 17, 2026, Madinah–Istanbul route so that my travel plans can proceed as originally intended.

I also request written confirmation regarding the status of my case and a clear explanation of why the refund has not yet been processed despite the cancellation being initiated by the airline.

I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and fairly without any further delay.
