Flynas Damaged My Suitcase and Has Not Responded to My Claim

On January 12, 2026, I traveled on a Flynas flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Jeddah under reservation number 1MB42Q. After landing and proceeding to the baggage claim area, I collected my suitcase and immediately discovered that it had been severely damaged.
The suitcase was not simply scratched or slightly damaged—it was completely broken and rendered unusable. Since the damage was clearly visible upon collection, I immediately reported the issue to Flynas representatives at the airport. A formal baggage damage report was created, and all necessary information was provided at that time.
Despite filing the report promptly and following the required procedure, I have not received any response, update, or resolution from Flynas. No explanation has been provided regarding the status of my claim, and no compensation or alternative solution has been offered.
As a passenger, I entrusted my baggage to Flynas during the flight. The fact that my suitcase was returned in a severely damaged condition and that my claim has since been ignored has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.
The damaged suitcase had an approximate value of 350 SAR. I respectfully request reimbursement for the full value of the suitcase or appropriate compensation for the damage caused while the baggage was under the airline’s responsibility.
In addition, I request a formal written explanation regarding the handling of my claim and the reason no response has been provided despite the damage report being filed at the airport immediately after arrival.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and fairly in accordance with airline baggage liability policies and passenger rights.
