Zara Online Shopping Delayed Delivery and Ignored Customer Support
I placed an order with Zara online on June 19th, expecting delivery between June 21st and June 23rd. However, my product was not shipped, and when I reached out for assistance, my concerns were simply ignored. To add insult to injury, the delivery date was changed to July 5th - July 6th. Astonishingly, my friend, who ordered the same day as me and received their package a few hours later, had their shipment already on its way. Zara claimed they followed the order sequence, but it became evident that wasn't the case. Their customer support is non-existent, with no one providing any helpful information or logical explanations. Zara not only failed to deliver on the promised date but also neglected to offer any assistance.
