Zara's Online Shopping Experience Resulting In Delayed Delivery
still haven't received the items from Zara that I bought on November 11th. There has been no resolution despite my daily attempts to reach out to live support. Concerningly, Zara's customer service has shown no interest whatsoever; despite their claims of involvement, they have not responded to emails or followed up. No one from Zara has even made an effort to call after 16 days. I have never dealt with an online clothing company before like this one; not only did they fail to deliver the items I ordered, but they also showed an unprecedented lack of communication and action.
