Zara Order Stuck on “Shipped” Since March 6—No Delivery or Support

I placed an order through the Zara online app, and since March 6, the status has been stuck on "shipped". The estimated delivery date was March 10, yet today is March 19, and I still have not received my order.

I've tried reaching out via WhatsApp and in-store, but there is no response. Since Zara does not provide a proper customer support phone number, I am left waiting indefinitely without any information on when or if my order will ever arrive.

This is completely unacceptable from a brand like Zara. I expect an immediate update on my order status, or if it has been lost, I demand a full refund without further delay. Please resolve this issue now!
