Zara Canceled My Order After 2 Weeks Delay
I made a purchase on April 17th from Zara to surprise my friend with a gift. The status of the shipment consistently shows that it has been handed over to the courier, yet the delivery date continues to fluctuate. After reaching out to customer service on the day the delivery date had already passed, I was informed that I would need to exercise patience. It's been a solid two weeks already, and my order is still nowhere to be found. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that my order is currently in a lost status and is out of stock. It's frustrating to have to wait for such a long time, only to find out that the item is not available. I've not only made a fool of myself in front of my friend, but I've also lost money in the process. I'm frustrated with Zara and their lack of responsiveness when it comes to customer service.
