I recently ordered a product from Zara, and according to the tracking information, it was marked as delivered within a day. However, I never received the package. I live in a high-security residential complex where every entry and exit is recorded, yet there is no record of any package being delivered.
To make matters worse, there is no proper support channel to resolve this issue. There is no direct contact person, and the customer service line is always too busy to reach anyone. This alone suggests that Zara is working with an unreliable shipping company, and customers are left to deal with the consequences.
I expect immediate assistance in locating my package or issuing a refund.
