I returned the products I purchased online directly to the Zara store at Vadistanbul, as instructed. But to my frustration, my return has not been reflected in the system at all. Even worse, I’ve had to explain my situation over and over again to different customer service reps—and still, nothing has been resolved.
It’s incredibly disappointing that a company of Zara’s scale and reputation can’t manage something as basic as a return. I followed all procedures, handed the items in at the physical store, and yet here I am, with no refund and no proper update. The system still shows no return, and I’ve been left without the ₺ I paid, despite doing everything right.
I’m not just disappointed—I’m angry. This isn’t a small hiccup. This is basic customer service and order tracking, and Zara is completely failing at it. I demand an immediate refund of the amount I paid and expect the return to be officially processed in your system. Stop wasting your customers' time and resolve this issue now.
