Zara's Poor Customer Service and Failed Delivery Process

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Zara’s online order process. Despite providing my full address and contact details, my order (No. 5386****360) was shipped, went out for delivery, but was returned to the Zara warehouse without ever reaching me. When I reached out to customer service, their response was simply, "Sorry, I can’t help." It’s shocking that such a major brand operates with zero customer satisfaction, poor service, and an unreliable shipping process. This is beyond frustrating!
