Zara Deception Marketing Strategy And Return Challenge

I had a bad experience at Zara's Istanbul Istiklal Store when I tried on an oversize raincoat that was out of stock. I paid for it online and had it delivered to my Kocaeli address. However, the product lacked a size. Can, the store manager, assured me that I could easily return the item by having it picked up from my home. However, both the Zara online representative and the WhatsApp representative are now telling me that I must return to the store. I purchased the item specifically because I was told that the store representative could conveniently collect it from my address for the return, despite the fact that I live in another city. I'm now being told that I must travel from Kocaeli to the Istiklal branch. I can't always leave the city because I work. I express my displeasure with Zara for providing false information in order to sell their products and causing customer distress.
