Poor Customer Service Experience At Zara Zorlu Store
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent customer service experience I encountered at your Zara store located in Zorlu Center. Earlier today, I called the store to inquire about the availability of a specific product in stock. Unfortunately, the individual who answered the phone responded in a rather unhelpful manner, stating that they were unable to check the product availability. Despite my attempts to explain that I was unable to visit the store due to personal circumstances, the representative persisted in insisting that I visit the store in person for any inquiries regarding product availability. As a pregnant mother with a two-year-old child residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, it is challenging for me to make frequent trips to the store. Given the critical importance of the item I sought, I simply wanted to verify its availability before making the journey. However, I was met with a lack of assistance and empathy from your staff. The lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach displayed by your representative is not reflective of the quality of service I have come to expect from Zara. It is disappointing to see such disregard for customer satisfaction and convenience. I urge you to address this issue promptly and implement measures to ensure that all customers receive the assistance and respect they deserve, regardless of their circumstances.
