Zara Delivery Delay and Size Exchange Issues – Order Not Ready as Promised
I recently shopped at Zara, and I’ve been experiencing similar issues with their service more than once. On October 6, I made a purchase at their Akbatı store with delivery scheduled for the following Tuesday. However, when I arrived on the delivery date, I was told the product wouldn’t be ready until October 15. I wanted to exchange the size for one available in the store, but they claimed it wasn’t possible, despite the size being in stock. I’m leaving the country in a few days, and this has caused a huge inconvenience. Zara needs to improve their delivery and customer service to avoid frustrating situations like this. I expect them to resolve this promptly!
