Zara Store Staff Lost My Order and Mocked Me When I Inquired

On October 15, 2024, I ordered two items via the Zara app and chose the "pick up in store" option at Forum Istanbul. I received an email on October 22 confirming my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived that evening, store staff searched for 40 minutes, only to tell me they couldn’t find my items and suggested I call customer service. When I asked why they couldn’t handle it, the sales associate laughed and said, "Just return it then." Another staff member finally offered to contact customer service, saying the items would be resent within three days, but the app now shows October 30 as the new delivery date.

It’s incredibly frustrating to wait a week, only to deal with dismissive staff and be told to wait even longer without any real solution. The lack of professionalism and empathy from Zara’s store staff is disappointing and truly undermines the brand’s reputation.
