Zara Keeps Delaying My Online Orders and I Can Never Reach Customer Service
I live in Eskişehir, and this has happened to me 2–3 times. Zara never delivers on time when shopping online. In my most recent order, the delivery date was changed twice, yet the product is still missing and no information is provided. I even waited at home all day expecting the delivery, but nothing came. It’s impossible to reach customer service—there’s no one to speak to. The chatbot on the website is also useless and doesn’t offer any real help. They’ve also previously listed out-of-stock items for sale and later issued refunds. Honestly, I believe that, in principle, one should never shop online. It’s just too frustrating, and for that reason, I am now boycotting Zara.
