Zara Cancelled My Umbrella Order While Product Still Shown In Stock

On 28 November, I placed an order from Zara Online for an umbrella with product code 3920/746/406. Although the product was shown as in stock on the website, my order was unilaterally cancelled by Zara on 7 December without the product ever being shipped. I find it unacceptable that an order is cancelled while the product is still in stock. My order number is 53995573707. After the cancellation, I contacted Zara's customer service, but I was informed that they could not do anything. I was not offered any concrete solution or alternative. I request that the umbrella I ordered be sent to me or that a discount coupon be defined for me so that I can purchase the same product at the same price. I kindly ask that my grievance regarding this cancelled order be resolved as soon as possible.
