I am extremely frustrated with my Zara order (number 53138769173) that seems to have disappeared during the delivery process. The lack of communication from Zara is incredibly disappointing. After multiple attempts to reach out through various online channels, I have been assured that I will receive a response within 48 hours. However, I have not received any information so far. At last, after following up once more, I've been notified that the product is unfortunately unavailable and they will initiate a refund. Make the sale, hold onto the funds for a month, and then provide a refund - what a smooth transaction. But, to be fair, they seem more upset than I am in every conversation. However, the result is quite disappointing.
