Zara Order Stuck in Transit for a Month – No Response to Cancellation Request

My Zara order (tracking number 5363*55) has been stuck in shipping for over a month. At this point, it’s clear that the package is either lost or severely delayed. I have repeatedly contacted Zara’s online customer service, but instead of providing a real solution, they just keep stalling with generic responses.
I have requested an order cancellation multiple times, but no action has been taken. It is unacceptable for such a global brand to handle a simple issue like this so poorly. I demand an immediate cancellation and refund—I will not wait any longer for a package that is clearly not arriving.
