Trying To Reach Zara For Months To Get A Lost Invoice, No Response Still

Simply put, I need an invoice to return it and it's driving me crazy. But, even though we've been talking for more than a month, I still haven't gotten any help plus they don't respond or seem unresponsive. I realized I lost my invoice and hit them up to figure it out. I've spent so much time talking to their customer service, giving them all the deets and asking for my invoice info, what happened to those? Nothing.  worse, even though I've been trying to keep in touch, they have the nerve to say they couldn't get a hold of me as I've been patiently waiting for it to be sorted out, funny. It's super disappointing that we haven't seen any progress in fixing this problem, how can they call themselves a global brand when they can't even supply a piece of paper?
