Zara Fails to Retrieve My Invoice for Defective Shoes and Polo Shirt

I purchased shoes and a polo shirt from Zara, and both items quickly developed defects. When I attempted to initiate a return, I was told that no action could be taken without the original invoice. For three days now, I’ve been in touch with customer service, but they still cannot locate my purchase receipt, despite me providing the exact date, time, and payment details.
It’s frustrating to experience such repeated back-and-forth without resolution. As a loyal customer, I expected better support from Zara. If I can provide specific purchase details, why can’t they retrieve my invoice? Zara’s customer service has truly disappointed me, and I urge them to address this issue immediately.
