Zara!!! Your Refund System is Terrible!! I Want My Money Back!!!
For the past 10 days, I've been trying to address the issue of my unreturned items with Zara. The customer service response is, '... There is no record of any product related to your order number reaching us, so we cannot proceed with any further action,' and the same response for my other two items. But if I didn't send three items, what happened to them? If I'm sure I placed them, where are my products? I can't believe I'm dealing with such a ridiculous answer! To make matters worse, they add a half-hearted apology. Seriously, are your items being stolen in your warehouse or by the delivery person? If I have to audit your system, just tell me! Stop with the useless phrases like 'we are sorry.' We get it; your customer satisfaction is zero. So spare us those pointless sentences. It's like the devil is saying, return every item you buy one by one, dealing with such a nonsensical system! Zara, refund my money! Protect your products and stand by your customers!
