On June 20, 2024, I ordered a Zara perfume as a Father's Day gift. Unfortunately, it arrived broken, and while Zara refunded the cost, I decided to reorder the same product on June 24, 2024. To my dismay, this second order also arrived damaged.
This gift for my father has now been ruined twice. Immediately after receiving the second broken bottle today, I contacted live support. They assured me that my case would be forwarded to the relevant department. I hope Zara employees process the return through their system and send me a return code.
I've attached video evidence of both broken perfume bottles in the media section. Interestingly, the first order only had a crack at the bottom of the bottle. Had I known you'd mock my situation like this, I wouldn't have returned it - you've managed to break it even more thoroughly this time.
