Zara Refund Delay and Poor Customer Service

There are 2 items on the invoice for the 4 items I bought online from Zara. I returned all of them to the store, but my refund was never processed. I didn't receive any return email or invoice. When I contacted customer service, one representative said it's suspended, while another said to wait, but there has been no action taken. Each time, I receive nothing but memorized responses designed to distract. It feels like a waste of time dealing with this lack of communication. I want my refund. If I cannot find anyone to assist, I will file a complaint through legal channels. Zara's insistence on such seemingly careless customer service is baffling, especially given the numerous complaints they've received. For a company of its size, the lack of responsiveness and accountability is disappointing.

There is still no progress. The only thing Zara customer service says is that they are communicating it, they will get back to you, and the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. But how many times has 48 hours passed, and yet there has been no email or phone call, no resolution, and no one is taking care of it. It's funny to have a customer service that doesn't care about the customer.
