2 Faulty Zara Items in 2 Weeks! Defective Products & Poor Customer Service





I bought two items from Zara in a span of 2 weeks, and unfortunately, both times I received products that were not up to standard—one had a defect, and the other was stained. It seems as though they are intentionally sending faulty items to customers. Everyone is constantly juggling their schedules, and now I have to spend my valuable time and money driving back and forth to return these items. I refuse to let this pass by without acknowledgement. I've requested numerous times for the employee in question to be thoroughly investigated. I'm curious if they're purposefully distributing defective items without any inspection. However, there has been no response from them whatsoever.
