Zara Refund Delay and Poor Customer Service

I have returned two products, one of which was defective and had been sent to me by the manufacturer. Despite my attempts to have the products refunded, Zara has refused to accept the return and provide me with a refund. I have been in constant contact with the customer service team, but each time I call, I am told that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible, yet no solution has been provided. They have even gone as far as to ask me multiple times to confirm my IBAN information, but still, there has been no resolution. It is clear that the employees at Zara are not properly trained or equipped to handle customer complaints and are only delaying and prolonging the issue. This kind of unprofessional and unacceptable behavior is causing me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I expect Zara to take responsibility for their actions and provide a fair resolution to this matter. I will not stand for this type of dishonest business practices and will be sharing my experience with others to warn them of Zara's untrustworthy behavior. If a resolution is not reached, I will consider taking legal action.
