YunExpress Didn’t Provide a Tracking Number – No Updates on My Package
I have a package shipped with YunExpress, but I haven’t received any tracking number or updates. I’ve been waiting for days, yet there’s no way for me to check my shipment’s status.
I tried contacting YunExpress, but their phone numbers listed on the website are incorrect—when I call, it says the number is invalid. How am I supposed to track my package when there’s no way to reach customer service?
I need urgent support on this matter. YunExpress, send me my tracking details immediately and provide a way to contact your support team. This kind of service is completely unacceptable!
