My package, tracking number YT2504621272153468, was shipped via Yun Express and is marked as delivered. However, I never received it—no one came to my address, and there was no delivery attempt.
This shipment was handled in partnership with buemm.com, but there is no customer service contact to resolve the issue. Who is responsible for my lost package? I paid for this item, and now no one is answering my inquiries or taking accountability.
Ordering from overseas has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. If Yun Express and its partners cannot ensure proper delivery, they should not be allowed to operate in my country. I demand an immediate resolution—either my package or a full refund!
