My order, a dog bed, was shipped via YunExpress (Tracking: YT250*66001549), but it was never delivered—yet the tracking status falsely says “delivered.”

I have received nothing, and no one has responded to my emails. Your website even has a “Contact Us” section, yet after multiple messages, I still haven’t received any support. What kind of service is this?

I need an immediate refund or proof of delivery, because this package never arrived. YunExpress, fix this issue now! Ignoring customers and marking undelivered packages as “delivered” is completely unacceptable.
