YunExpress Delivered My Package to the Wrong Address – No Way to Contact Them

YunExpress sent my package to the wrong address, and now I have no way to recover it! I reached out for help, but all I’m told is to contact the shipping company—which is impossible because YunExpress has no reachable customer service.

I have tried multiple times to get in touch, but there is no response, no phone number that works, and no proper support system. How am I supposed to fix this if YunExpress refuses to communicate with its customers?

I demand an immediate resolution. Either YunExpress retrieves my package and delivers it to the correct address, or I receive a full refund.
