YunExpress Claims Delivery Failed, but No One Came – No Contact or Updates

YunExpress says my package couldn’t be delivered, but no one ever came to my address! I was home the entire time, yet they falsely claim they couldn’t find me. On top of that, no one contacted me—no call, no message, nothing.

To make matters worse, I have no way to reach YunExpress for an update. There is no clear contact information, and I can’t get any answers about my shipment. This is completely unacceptable!

I demand that my package be redelivered immediately, and I expect proper communication from YunExpress. Fix this issue now or provide a full refund if the package cannot be delivered.
