ySense Reward Access Blocked for €10 MediaMarkt Gift Card

I earned a €10 MediaMarkt gift card by completing surveys through ySense. I received an email informing me that I had earned the reward, and when I clicked the link provided in the email and entered the relevant page, I tried to proceed through the “View Reward” section. However, every time I try, I receive a warning stating that my access has been temporarily restricted, and I am unable to generate or access my gift card.

I have tried repeatedly since yesterday, but the same issue continues to occur. I contacted the support team and explained the problem, but I only received a standard response confirming that the reward email had been sent. No solution was provided for the actual access restriction preventing me from claiming my reward.

I request that the €10 MediaMarkt gift card I earned be properly assigned to my account and that the access restriction preventing me from viewing and generating the reward be resolved. I also expect to be able to access and use my gift card without any further problems.
