Ipsos iSay Not Sending My ₺250 Carrefour Gift Code

I redeemed ₺250 worth of Carrefour gift points through Ipsos iSay, but I can’t access them. Despite sending multiple emails, I still haven’t received a single response. This is extremely frustrating—why offer rewards if users can’t claim them?
I expect Ipsos iSay to immediately send my gift code as promised. Ignoring customer emails is unacceptable, and I won’t stop following up until I get what I rightfully earned. Ipsos iSay, respond to my emails and send my reward now!
