Ipsos iSay Not Sending My ₺250 Carrefour Gift Code

I redeemed ₺250 worth of Carrefour gift points through Ipsos iSay, but I can’t access them. Despite sending multiple emails, I still haven’t received a single response. This is extremely frustrating—why offer rewards if users can’t claim them?

I expect Ipsos iSay to immediately send my gift code as promised. Ignoring customer emails is unacceptable, and I won’t stop following up until I get what I rightfully earned. Ipsos iSay, respond to my emails and send my reward now!

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If Ipsos iSay keeps ignoring customers like this, they need to be held accountable. Fix this now!
