ySense Suspends Account When Customer Tries to Withdraw $46.58

1

I have been a member of the ySense survey and rewards platform for more than eight months. During this time, I earned money in U.S. dollars by completing surveys and playing games, and I currently have a balance of $46.58 in my account. Even during the early period of my membership, payments I earned from completing games were not automatically credited to my balance. I had to send multiple emails and request each missing amount individually in order to have my earnings credited.

When I reached the withdrawal stage, Payoneer was shown as an available payment method for users in Turkey, and it is still presented this way in promotional emails I receive from ySense. Because of these instructions and representations, I was effectively led to open a Payoneer account. I was later informed that ySense does not actually work with Payoneer. Throughout this process, I repeatedly contacted ySense by email in an attempt to resolve the problems I was experiencing.

Last week, after receiving another promotional email from ySense, I visited the website to log into my account. However, I was suddenly unable to access my account and received a warning stating that my account had been locked and that I needed to contact support. The “Contact Us” option was also inactive, so I was unable to request assistance through that channel. I therefore replied to previous emails I had received from ySense and was only able to get a response in this way. In that response, I was told that my account had been suspended, with the reasons given as allegedly completing surveys incorrectly and playing games in violation of the rules. I completely reject these allegations and believe they do not reflect what actually happened.

If there were genuinely concerns about my survey responses or gaming activity, these issues should have been identified and addressed at the time they occurred. I received no warnings while completing surveys or playing games, and there was no indication of any violation while my balance was accumulating. The fact that my account was only locked when I was attempting to withdraw my earnings, followed by allegations being presented as the reason for the suspension, does not appear to be a fair or good-faith approach.

I request that ySense reconsider its decision to suspend my account, restore my account to active status, and pay my full accumulated balance of $46.58. I also request a clear explanation of the specific basis for the suspension and a fair resolution that allows me to access the earnings I legitimately accumulated through the platform.
