I Did Not Get My Refund After Yemek Sepeti Cancelled Order
My order from Yemek Sepeti on 21.07.2025 was cancelled, but I still haven’t received a refund. They said credit card payments would be refunded within 1–3 business days, but that hasn’t happened. I’ve checked with my bank multiple times, and there’s no sign of the refund being processed. It feels like my issue is being completely ignored. There’s no available customer service, and no one at the company can be contacted for assistance. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor communication. Think twice before placing an order with Yemek Sepeti.
