I Still Have Not Received My Refund for the Wrong Order From Yemeksepeti
On May 4, 2025, I ordered food through Yemeksepeti and paid ₺1200. However, the order that arrived wasn’t mine, and instead of the 6 portions I requested, only 2 were delivered. I immediately contacted the support center. They told me there would only be a refund. I also spoke with the branch, but the product never arrived anyway. I even sent screenshots of the incorrect delivery to make things clearer. Despite the time that has passed, I still haven’t received a refund. The order status still says, “your request is being reviewed and a refund will be issued.” In the end, I ended up paying for food I never ate.
