Yemeksepeti Did Not Refund My Canceled Order

On 19.08.2025, I placed an order of around ₺300 from Köfteci Yusuf through Yemeksepeti, and the order was canceled by the restaurant. I had paid with my bank card, yet despite the cancellation, no refund was issued to me. I contacted Yemeksepeti customer service and submitted requests, but each one was closed without any refund being made. In addition, Yemeksepeti only allows me to view my last five orders, which means I cannot see the exact date and time of the canceled order. If I had access to this information, I could prove through my bank transactions that no refund was processed. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I request that this problem be resolved and my payment refunded.

Thank you for your copy/paste response. This message does not address any of the complaints or issues I raised. What did you mean by saying 'when I need support again' when my issue has not been resolved? If this is a solution platform, please resolve my issue here so that other users can benefit as well. Responding to my question here via email is not transparent. And, oh well, I haven’t even received an email from you.
