I Was Charged Multiple Times for One Order on Yemeksepeti

I made a food order on 01.07.2025 via Yemeksepeti. My initial two attempts didn't succeed, and I received error messages, leading me to believe that the orders hadn't been processed. After trying twice, I finally got my order confirmed on the third try. However, I later found out that payments were taken for all three orders, even the ones that encountered an error. Reaching out to Yemeksepeti’s customer service has truly tested my patience. Unless you own a restaurant or work as a courier, connecting with an actual person is nearly impossible. I’ve been attempting to get a refund for the additional charges, but there doesn’t seem to be a clear way to do this. I was surprised to encounter such a lack of attention from a platform I've relied on for so long. I’ve permanently removed the app.
