Kompanion Charged Me Every 3 Months Even After I Canceled My Membership

I’m writing to express my frustration with the Kompanion app for repeatedly withdrawing money from my account without my consent. I had initially signed up for a 3-month subscription, which I canceled once the term ended. Despite this, Kompanion continues to charge me ₺199.99 every three months—even though I no longer have an active membership.

This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit former users. I never authorized any renewal, and the fact that no refund has been issued for these charges is outrageous. It’s disappointing to see this happening with a platform that claims to support wellness and mindfulness.

I demand a full refund for every unauthorized charge and immediate confirmation that all future withdrawals will be stopped. Fix this now—this is no way to treat your customers.
