Yapi Kredi Bank Deception: Hidden Fees, Unfulfilled Promises

I am employed by a company that is part of the Koc Group, and Yapi Kredi Bank, which was recommended to us by the Koc group, deceived us by promising that there would be no account maintenance fees, only to then bombard us with hidden fees, flexible account interest, and high EFT charges. In spite of the fact that they purport to take a friendly, family-oriented approach, they are even worse than QNB Finansbank. My initial response to my dissatisfaction and the sense that I've been tricked is to close my account with Yapi Kredi. The Koc affiliation does not result in any positive outcomes.
